5 Stars One of The Best Flat Tv Ever
I bought this TV just reading the reviews left in here because I work overseas. In the moment I was placing the order had my doubts, whether it will work the way they were saying. I trusted and bought it without telling to my wife.

5 days after, the TV arrived home, my wife was yelling at the phone that a big box got home with a TV, she waited for me to mount it on the wall, when I turned on, everybody at home shut up, we’re hypnotized by the image quality, the sound, it is impressive such technology mounted on my wall.

Now we gather every night to watch a movie or TV, it’s incredible, 100% recommended!!!

5 Stars Sony KDL-40W4100, What’s Not To Like
What an experience, my first HDTV and my first purchase from Amazon. The TV is simple to set up, easy to install and a breeze to operate. The instructions are very easy to understand and the remote is uncluttered and simple to use. I am amazed by the picture, and when paired with a Sony Home Theater System the experience is incredible. It has been the perfect choice for me to enjoy in my retirement.

I can’t say enough about Amazon either. The price was so good that I had to triple check to make sure I was looking at the right item, plus no tax and free shipping. I ordered on a Thursday and Monday morning smiling delivery personnal brought it in the house for me. This isn’t service like it used to be, it is service like it never was before.

Two thumbs up for Sony and Amazon, I’ve never had it better.

Everything i had hoped it to be! After careful research, this Sony 40″ LCD was the one for my room. The picture is superb and with the Sony Soundbar and Subwoofer, completes my personal home theater system. Works flawlessly with my Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Blue Ray movies are a sight to behold!! 100% completely satisfied!!!

SONY BRAVIA W-SERIES KDL-40W4100 LCD TV.

After reading all the reviews I could find on the web, we looked at sets in TV stores and decided that the SONY was what we wanted. I went to the SONY web site and reviewed the features of all their models and sizes, size of screen vs viewing distance, etc, etc. I am a retired Engineer and of course studied as much info and personal opinions as I could find. Consumers Union Magazine is always a great source of technical features, quality of product and failure history. As reported by others, my TV was hand carried into my house. They were ready to unpack and assemble it for no additional charge, but I chose to do that myself. With the help of a friend, we assembled and set it up. All features worked perfectly. I made some video and sound adjustments to our personal liking. Super easy to follow the “on screen menu” for all features. A FANTASTIC picture with EXCELLENT sound. Not inexpensive, BUT if you desire the best, I believe this is IT!

There were even more expensive SONY models, but the additional features for the extra money were not worth it to me. Watching sporting events is NOW better than being there. National Geographic specials “come alive” in HD on this set. EVERYTHING is more PLEASING and INTERESTING to watch in HD on this set !!!!! A special technical SONY feature on this model makes rapid motion across the screen SMOOTH!!! If you watch sports or racing, check this out on other sets and see the difference. Do I sound like a satisfied customer??
