5 Stars happy buyer
I couldn”t be happier with this product. I am replacing a hi def tv purchased 6 years ago and spent a lot of time researching products. Since I was already familiar with hi def I thought I knew what to expect regarding picture quality but I must say I was totally blown away with the quality of this Samsung. It is as if I am experiencing hi def for the first time all over again! I coupled this with a playstation purchase and I am now in heaven I am not a big game player but seeing blue ray on this is quite amazing. Delivery was perfect and company arrived when they said they would .Pricing blew away best buy and all other big box stores. Don”t wait run to purchse this TV
5 Stars Amazing
Everything about this tv is amazing. The biggest difference I notice between this and my Sharp Aquos is how great football games look. The 120 Hz refresh rate is great. I was skeptical at first, but am amazed at how big of a difference this makes. Great buy, you wont regret it!
5 Stars What a great TV
This TV is great. Picture quality is out of this world. Feels like you are sitting in the room with the actors. I was looking at the Sony Bravia, but this one was $600 less and had the same if not better picture quality. Definitely the way to go!
5 Stars A Product as Good as Advertised
We have had this TV for several months and it still seems as good as the reviews that prompted us to buy it. The delivery was a little problematic as the delivery company sent a single 68 year old person with the unit - which is quite large with the shipping material. We were finally able to get it inside, removed from the box and set up and it has worked flawlessly since. I will have no hesitation about ordering large(and fragile)items from Amazon in the future.
5 Stars Slim & Sexy
What a great deal Amazon had on this TV. We are thrilled with the beautiful design, awesome picture, ease of operation.
My husband researched many different brands & features of TV’s. He decided on this one because it had everything he was looking for in one TV. Especially the price!

2 Stars Picture is okay, Sound is terrible!
A little harder to setup than our LG 26″ but a good picture nonetheless.
Where this set loses points is in sound quality. For some reason Samsung can’t get sound right in their sets. The speakers sound about as powerful as an alarm clock. They are absolutely awful!
We decided to get the LG26LG30 instead, and we’re not disappointed. Sound is powerful and picture is vibrant, with great detail. With the Samsung I found I was straining just to hear it!
4 Stars Samsung LN22A450
I have had this TV for two weeks. The picture using the AV connections is good. The TV also looks good. The only
complaint is the sound. The speakers sound like those on a small portable radio. Fortunately for me I have been able to use a spare Yamaha speaker connected to my receiver for sound. Despite the speaker problem, I got a good deal by buying a refurbished set saving $100+.
3 Stars It’s Okay
This TV is okay. The design is nice. The picture is good but the blacks can be to dark and over bearing. No amount of adjusting helped. For the price you can get a better TV. I’m okay with it, but wish I had bought a 26-inch instead. One thing that does bother me a little is the top of the screen all the way across has a slight white glow that you can notice on certain pictures on the screen esp if they are darker or not full screen scenes.
2 Stars disappointed
I bought the 22″ because I loved the white case and it was recommended to me by a salesman I trusted. I hate it and am trying to sell the thing for $100.00 less than I paid just 3 months ago. I am unable to read the channel numbers because they are so tiny and do not stay on the screen long enough for my eyes to focus on them. I was told by the “help line” and the store salesman that the font size can not be changed. Also, the picture quality is not as good as I received from my 10 year old TV.
3 Stars Just OK
I read on Consumersearch.com that Samsung had the BEST small screen LCD TV (19″) and a couple of best buys in the larger LCD TV’s. So I figured that Samsung would be the best way to go for the size I wanted, 22″.
I read the reviews on Amazon.com and was a little concerned, but went ahead an bought it anyway as my old 20″ tube TV was on the fritz and I needed to upgrade to a digital tuner before Feb of next year anyway due to the change over to digital transmission.
I would have to say I agree with most of the other posts on this forum. The sound from the little speakers pointing straight down is not great. I will probably eventually get some better speakers to plug in. Also as noted in other posts, if you sit below eye level of the screen the picture gets darker, if you sit above eye level of the screen it gets lighter. Viewing from extreme angles to the right or left is not great either.
As I don’t watch that much TV and I have tilted the screen so that it is ‘eye level’ when I am sitting on my couch it will fill my modest needs, but I am not thrilled with the product. Makes me want to go back to a CRT TV in the future, if any are still made.
The Amazon price was great, much cheaper than anything I could find in my local big box retailer stores and it arrived a day earlier than predicted and in excellent shape.
It would be nice if Samsung made the mounting stand adjustable so you could tilt the screen up/down/right/left to adjust for optimal viewing pleasure.

3 Stars Not up to usual Toshiba standards
I bought a 37″ Regza a few months ago and like it but this smaller Toshiba is way inferior…the vertical viewing angle is limited to about 10 degrees…which makes for very poor pic quality if the watcher isn’t pretty much smack in front of the screen.
Not impressed.
I’m editing this…with a couple of books, I was able to tilt the screen to get a better viewing angle which made a BIG difference. The television has a wonderful picture if you’re looking at it directly…that’s my only point here. But then people don’t usually look at a Rembrandt from way off to the side, do they?
5 Stars Nice performance, great value
I just got this TV when Amazon dropped the price. I am very pleased with it, its a terrific value. The picture is amazing, its highly energy efficient costing only $1.14 a month to operate based on 6 hours viewing a day. Its an Energy Star TV. Sound is also good for what it is it has 2 X 5 watt speakers. I saw the other review here and am a little perplexed as I’ve found this TV to be a great value for a standard 26″ LCD TV which is what it is. I’d highly recommend it.
4 Stars Good performance, Excellent value
I was surprised to see how great the picture looks, coupled with the extensive inputs/outputs, while the price was over 30% lower than other comparable models. The only negative is that the screen cannot be tilted and the vertical viewing angle is not very good.

5 Stars Great TV
The setup was easy and the picture looked great right out of the box. It has plenty of inputs and located conveniently on the back as well as side of the TV. The picture was fantastic in High Definition and blue-ray movies looked absolutely amazing. Its an excellent HDTV for the price and I would highly recommend.
5 Stars Very pleased with this affordable LCD
Bought this tv from Amazon last week. Used free shipping method and it arrived 3 days after order. Nice, considering estimate was a week longer.
Setup was a snap and the picture and sound quality are great. Even with Standard definition signals, it looks very good. DVDs look even better in standard definition. I then switched to an upconverting DVD player which is the first HDMI interfaced component I have tried. Wow. Can’t wait to switch to a High Def signal once I do that.
Very pleased with it so far.
